  • Examination of heart, lungs, abdominal organs
  • Assessment of innate reflexes

  • Bring the yellow checkup booklet

  • Dress baby in easily removable clothes

When to call the doctor

  • Light yellow or pale white stool color (indication of liver disease)
  • Persistent jaundice beyond the 2nd week of life
  • Poor feeding and weight loss over 10%
